We measure the rooms or elevations, check moisture, note stucco cracks, rot and prior coating failures, and write down exactly which surfaces are included.

Colors & samples
Sheen and color are chosen with your HOA palette in mind. Sample patches go on the actual wall so you see them in Florida daylight before we order paint.

Protection & prep
Floors, furniture, landscaping and hardware get covered. Surfaces are washed or sanded, loose coating scraped, cracks patched, joints caulked and stains spot-primed.

Priming & coating
Primer where the substrate needs it, then two finish coats applied by brush, roller or spray depending on the surface, with cut lines done by hand.

Daily cleanup
Tools, drops and debris are cleared at the end of every working day so an occupied home stays livable throughout the project.
06
Punch list & sign-off
We walk the job with you in daylight, mark anything that needs touching up, complete it, then remove masking and hand the space back.
