Painting FAQs

How long does it take to paint a house in Palm Beach County?

Most interior repaints of 2–4 rooms finish in 1–3 working days. A full single-story exterior with prep, pressure wash, caulk and two coats typically runs 3–5 working days, weather permitting. Humidity and afternoon storms can extend exterior timelines, and we build that into the schedule up front.

Do you handle prep work like stucco cracks and rotted trim?

Yes. Prep is part of the painting scope: pressure washing, scraping loose coating, patching hairline stucco cracks, caulking joints, spot priming stains, and replacing small sections of rotted wood trim when needed. Larger carpentry or structural repairs are quoted separately.

What paint do you use on Florida exteriors?

Exterior work uses 100% acrylic elastomeric or premium acrylic coatings rated for high UV and coastal humidity, with an appropriate masonry or bonding primer where the substrate requires it. Interiors use low-VOC washable acrylics in the sheen that fits the room.

Can you paint an occupied home or a condo?

Yes. We work room by room, mask and cover floors and furniture, use low-odor products indoors, and clean the work area at the end of each day. For condos and HOA communities we follow building rules on work hours, elevator use, and approved color palettes.

Do you help with color selection?

We can walk through sheens, undertones, and HOA-approved palettes with you and put down sample patches before the job starts, so you see the color on your own wall in Florida daylight before we commit.
